O'Donal's Nursery Garden Center Serving Southern Maine

 

Our garden structures are built of high quality Western Red Cedar which has a naturally high resistance to rot and decay. The Western Red Cedar has a rich grain of warm wine-red.

The beautiful tones of the grain can be preserved with a coat of sealer, or left unprotected to weather to a silvery gray. Our garden structures are built to last a life-time by incorporating a variety of very strong wood joints; mortise and tenon, half-laps, and tongue & groove to name a few.

Water resistant polyurethane, glue, and stainless steel fasteners also insure the structures’ overall strength. The designs are simple but elegant, featuring clean lines and soft curves. This year we are featuring: two pergola designs (both measuring a substantial 10’ x 10’ base area and over 8’ in height), two styles of arbors, and a number of different trellis designs and sizes.

Our mission is a simple one: to combine the best materials with uncompromising construction in order to make a garden piece that will give a life-time of enjoyment.
